About My Role: 
As the CFO — and wife to founding partner Douglas (“Dougie”) Pennebaker — I oversee the financial operations of the firm, ensuring strategic growth, fiscal integrity, and smooth day-to-day management. While I don’t work directly with clients, my focus is on keeping the firm’s business side strong so our attorneys can focus on helping others.

What I Enjoy Most: 
I love being part of a family-built firm that values hard work, trust, and doing things the right way. Watching the firm grow since its inception has been incredibly rewarding.

Outside of Work: 
Outside of work, I’m happiest when I’m at home with my husband Dougie and our rescue dog, Winston — the best boy in the whole wide world. I love to cook healthy recipes that actually taste great, and I find real joy in keeping our home organized and welcoming. Fitness is a big part of my life, and I enjoy everything from early morning workouts to long walks with Dougie and Winston. I also love to travel, especially spending time in the mountains of Colorado, where I can unwind, hike, and recharge in nature.
